Community Membership

Our community membership division offers life-fulfilling services. These programs are supported through the Family Supports Waiver and the Community Integration Waiver. The individuals we serve are supported in making their own decisions, with their support team, to create the life they want. Staff are trained to help the people we serve explore hobbies and build relationships in the community where they live.

Respite care is also offered for children 3+ years old and adults.
