Support for living safely at home

This is a residential service that provides support to help individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities live as independently as possible. This program is funded by the Medicaid waiver.

Interested?

Support can be provided in the home or apartment of your choosing. You can receive support from staff for a few hours a day up to 24 hours a day. You may choose to live alone or with up to three housemates. Staff can assist you with personal care, meal planning, grocery shopping, cleaning, transportation, medication administration, community integration and financial management.
