A group of parents joined together to form what would become the Arc of Greater Boone County.

The Arc of Indiana & the Arc of the United States
The Arc of Greater Boone County is the local chapter (#1793) of The Arc of Indiana, part of the Arc of the United States. The Arc of the US has more than 140,000 members nationwide, with a presence in every state. This respected organization has championed the rights of people with disabilities for over 60 years.
