Aktion Club, sponsored by Kiwanis, provides opportunities to build leadership skills and to participate in meaningful community service activities. This club is recognized as a chapter of Self-Advocates of Indiana, a state-wide advocacy organization that empowers people with developmental disabilities.
Aktion Club has completed many services projects for the community:
- Riley Hospital Parent Care Carts
- Tobacco Free Boone County Coalition
- Tobacco Free The Arc GBC Campus
- Humane Society and Shalom House food drives
- Keep Lebanon Clean
- Kiwanis Pancake Supper
- Kiwanis Children’s Fishing Derby
- Valentine’s Day at the State House
