Supported Living
Enabling Independence: Provides personalized support and residential services. This allows 82 people to live full, independent lives in their own homes.
Career Connection
Building Futures: Funds job coaching, training materials, and support services to help our clients find and maintain meaningful employment. (Enrollment grew 93% last year!)
Transportation
Ensuring Access: Covers the costs of essential transportation, guaranteeing clients can get to work, appointments, and community events (over 600 trips monthly).
