WIC / Family Nutrition

We are the sponsoring agency for the Boone and Hendricks County WIC offices, providing nutrition education and assistance for new moms, pregnant women, infants, and children under five.

Accessing the crucial services provided by the Medicaid Waiver can be confusing. We help you cut through the jargon and paperwork by providing clear guidance and connecting you with supports like Day Services, Respite, and PAC.

We partner with individuals who want to find a real, rewarding job. Our services include assessment, comprehensive job coaching, on-site support, and skill training.

Community Living Support

This residential service, funded by the Medicaid waiver, helps adults live as independently as possible in their own homes. Staff provide flexible daily support, from personal care and financial management, available up to 24 hours a day.
