We offer residential support for adults with disabilities and special needs. Our goal is to help you live as independently as possible in your chosen home or apartment.
These services are funded primarily through the Community Integration & Habilitation (CIH) Waiver and the Family Supports Waiver (FSW).
Flexible Support Designed Around You & Your Family
- Your Living Arrangement: Support can be provided in the home or apartment of your choosing. Choose to live alone or with up to three housemates.
- Flexible Hours: Get support from staff for a few hours a day, up to 24 hours a day.
- Staff Assistance Includes: Personal care, meal planning, grocery shopping, cleaning, and transportation during services. Services are individualized based on each person we serve.
