- When: Tuesday, September 15, 2026 — registration at 10:00 AM, play starts at 11:00 AM, awards at 4:00 PM
- Where: Bear Slide Golf Club, 6770 East 231st Street, Cicero, IN 46034
- Cost: $500 for a team of four, lunch included
- Register by: September 7
