Arc Artisans is an entrepreneurial program of emerging artists at The Arc of Greater Boone County. Professional Teaching artists provide instruction and support in producing artwork and developing skills in creative expression, craftsmanship and small business management.
Arc Artisans earn money working in groups and individually, mastering various techniques on tasks and projects that fit each persons specific skills and preferences. This group has built a reputation for their original paintings, pottery, annual collectible holiday medallions, unique scarves and other handcrafted items, and framed custom recognition awards.
